To me it tastes just like normal salt. Can't tell the difference. Great product.

I like salt. And it's not good for my blood pressure. So, here's a solution. It tastes slightly different but not enough to get uptight about. it does not diminish my enjoyment of celery or cucumber, which are the two delicate flavours most likely to be affected by anything tasting 'off'. It's damned expensive of course, as the chemical processes involved in making it are more complex than the simple evaporation of sodium chloride, but the question is, what price life and health? I also have M.E. [myalgic encephalomyelitis nowadays called chronic fatigue syndrome] and many M.E. sufferers cannot retain potassium so it does a double job there of replenishing lost potassium.

With so much sodium in pre packed and processed foods - this is a great and easy way to increase potassium to reduce the negative effects of sodium. Helped me to reduce my blood pressure and enjoy delicious fish and chips without the guilt and fear that the harms of too much sodium can bring. Potassium salt is the only add salt option in my home now! It's great 👍

Great instead of salt. Value for money as they will last for ages

Bought this product to help reduce my blood pressure. Have used it in my cooking, but it's really not the same as regular salt as it has a bitter rather than salty taste. I can't say I like it and have decided to reduce the amount of salt I use rather than replace it. Won't be buying again but it was worth a try.

It's healthier than normal salt and very good value for money and taste is not nasty

I used a Table salt or BBQ salt because it is Sodium free. It tastes as Salt although it is Sodium free. It is a good for a person who has a high blood pressure and enjoy having salt in food. I hope I can use it for cooking but it works expensive for me. Sodium causes high blood pressure. This salt is sodium free.

Contains a form of free glutamate as flavour enhancer - no use pretending this is not similar to MSG (the sodium salt of the same). They get away without the MSG label even though it has added glutamate to change the flavour. Really sorry I bought - fit for the bin. And to make matters worse Glutamic acid raises blood pressure - opposite to the usual purpose of a low sodium diet. And the label is completely non-specific about quantities. Why are the food regulators not onto this. Sure glutamic acid is a component of proteins, but in the free form is similar to MSG and added with a similar purpose.
