Ok but could do better
Loyal to Taotronics because I had great success with their Bluetooth earphones from 2016-2017.Compared it with another Bluetooth Earphones product, "Yatwin" earphones. The Positives:- The audio quality is great.- Easy to pause, change volume and change to next track. It's a light tap on the side (1 for volume, 2 for pause, 3 for next track). It can be good as it means it causes no pressure on your ear. The counter issue is that you'll need to be careful not to trigger the wrong functions. One of the functions is placing a call.Room for improvement:- Earphones power off after 10 mins and the only way found to power them on is by putting them back in the charging case and taking them out. This means you'll always need the case with you.- The charging case is not easy to open. There's a thin line with no ridge to push up.- I found it fidgety to put the earphones in and out. This stood out compared with a competitor product,.If you get it, make sure to find a good fitting earbud. Their weight means they can slip out easily otherwise.

Very happy with these wireless earphones - TaoTronics SoundLiberty
These earphones have truly been a delightful surprise! I was a little worried when my husband gave me these as a gift, as I already owned a pair of uncomfortable wireless earphones which I never used. But I have found these to be really comfortable and I've been using them almost on a daily basis. I continue to be amazed how well they stay in my ears. Even with my small ears I haven't had any issues with them when I'm at the gym or dancing around. The design is very sleek and also much better that my previous bulky wraparound earphones. I don't have much to compare them with, but I find the sound quality to be very good. The touch controls have pros and cons. First of all, it's great they don't have a physical button, as this prevents the annoying clicking sound I had with my previous earphones and avoids pushing them further into your ear. Also, it's great you can control the volume and tracks by only touching the earphones, but they do have a learning curve to using them and are a bit sensitive. I also have to mention that the battery life is also very good and the charging case is sleek, light, magnetic, and keeps a good charge. I think I only charge the case every other week or so.My only minor complaint is with the connectivity. Although it has been great how easily they automatically sync with my phone when removed from their case, they have however in a few occasions not been able to sync with each other and once disconnect from my near by phone for no reason. This has only happened in a few rare occasions and has been easily fixed by putting them back in there case for a second. It hasn't been a big connectivity issue (and something you might find other more expensive models), but has been annoying when it occurs.CONCLUSION: I definitely recommend the TaoTronics SoundLiberty - True Wireless EarphonesPros: Price / Comfort / Sound / Controls / Battery / DesignCons: Minor connectivity issues

Good quality sound, buttons are a bit hit and miss.
We purchased 2 pairs of these - one for myself and one for my partner. Battery life has been great, neither one of us has ever had them run out on us. We use them for 1-2 hours at a time every day at least once, sometimes twice. Charging case holds enough power to keep them topped up for 2+ weeks. Takes a few hours to fully charge it all up from empty.Very occasionally they de-sync and to correct it the phone needs to be restarted (bluetooth off and on doesn't fix it). I would assume that is mostly the fault of the phone but I have no other experience of bluetooth earphones to compare it to.If they happen to turn off after no use for a period of time then the only way we found to get them back on was to pop them in the case and then take them out again so they re-connected. It's not the most convenient thing when your in the middle of running so I really wish we could turn them back on with a long press of the button or something but doesn't seem to do it.Buttons on them are very responsive when you manage to press them but we found that they are very small touch points and could never pinpoint the exact location (which wouldn't matter they are in our ears and we can't see when pressing them). Sometimes you need to tap around on them earphone till you find where it triggers. Is it on the flat bit of the device? Is it on the little logo? Where the tiny light is? We still don't know for sure.Shape of the earphone seems very strange at first, they need to be put in your ear and then spun around to get them in place. There is no active noise cancellation going on with these - I don't think there is any microphone for it to do active cancelling - but it blocks out some noise when they are in your ears. Doesn't seem to block out more noise than other earphones with similar style of silicon ends that go in your ears.

An alternative to expensive models that do the same thing.
I bought these to substitute my fabulous Noise cancelling wired ones, to give freedom while working.I have to say that they are very good, noise cancellation isn’t as fun as the ANC type, where the background is muted, but I’ve found it useful at work to be able to hear what’s around me.Pairing is easy and 99% of the time automatic, I’ve had two issues of having to forget the device and redo but otherwise it’s been good. The connectivity is amazing, I can listen in the garden while the device charges indoors, I’ve even listened in the garden when device was on third story.Only glitch I’ve found is that a couple of times I’ve adjusted the earpiece only to be told I’m calling someone. It’s tricky if the device is in a pocket to get to it to switch off, when working at 4am it can be awkward to call people, and I don’t know why it chooses the most inappropriate people, must delete exes from my contacts!!If you are in doubt about the company, I’ve had a few different earphone types from them, their ANC plug in are really good, and I have Bose noise cancelling - these are a great alternative to pods - nothing fancy but does the job. Why pay over the odds for the same thing?Heartily recommend.
