I don’t know where the complaints come from it’s definitely high quality, it’s thin but it’s not really that bad it still has considerable weight, and it’s very shiny and bright. It’s awesome I love it.

It was a really bright chain which gave it the glow I needed and it was also pretty strong and durable so it can in handy when every it got stuck. The length was perfect for me since it was right on top of my shirt but not to long.

it is the perfect length, 24 inches is not to short and not to long. Very pretty, and it fits the silver butterfly pendant I bout for it.

It’s a nice looking chain, but the actual product is vastly different from what I expected. The chain is super thin (as is the clasp, which makes it difficult to handle when putting it on/taking it off). The pictures are not a good representation of what I actually received.
