Terrafibre Hemp Fibre Matting (1, 10" x120')

I am growing microgreens for sale. I sell them live. Your Hemp mats are working out very well for this. I precut the mats to fit into clamshells before planting. That way I can just lift them out and put them into the clamshells for the customer right there at the Market.The only problems I am having with these mats concerns Quality Control and consistency. Some areas are pretty thick and other areas are Very thin.The other problem is that in the first roll I got, I found a few feathers woven into the fiber.In spite of these issues, this is the best Hemp matting that I have found and just ordered another roll. :-)

Third and last time purchasing this. Used to be great product and value. Fiber falls apart very easily. I can't even believe how much this has changed. This used to be 5 stars, great stuff. Times are tough and people are cutting corners, but this is ridiculous****update*****After complaining and leaving a 1 star review, the seller reached out. They apologized and sent a replacement. Everyone makes mistakes. If you handle your mistakes properly, you can't get upset. Thank you

Gave it all stars because it was good for my purposes. I have the thicker weave of this for weed block, so I knew what it is. This is a thinner weave, and I used it for germinating greens outside in my beds. It was easy to cut in strips, and I put it on top of soil. It blocked the weeds out enough that only the greens sprouted with absolutely no issues, and I prevented the drying out problem with the soil underneath, and some coir on top of the seeds.

It's thinner then I had expected but it doesn't seem to affect water retention, and drainage is very good. My microgreens crops have been doing very well, recommended.Disposed of in compost pile after harvest, organic and biodegradable.

120' is a lot of mat! I am using it for growing microgreens in a few various trays. Looks like it will last forever, but I am not complaining! Great mat! I like that I can cut whatever shape I need and if I still need to make a little adjustment, it is pretty easy to massage the cutout into any shape when the mat is wet. You can stretch it or compact to fit into anything. Also it appear to be antifungal (as hemp supposed to be) no mold, smells really well even after two weeks of growing beans and radish
