Finally found my favorite pliers,
I had been looking for these for decades. I bought a pair back in the 1940's while still in high school, and they quickly became my favorite while working on electronic equipment, etc. That pair still is my favorite even tho back then they didn't put plastic covers on the handles. About 20 years ago I found another pair at Sears and bought that one (my wife appropriated that pair). I have since been looking for a replacement to no avail until I found these. These pliers grip real well with their long handles without a lot of hand pressure so they are easy to use. Still my favorite plier for electrical work. I might add that compared to other versions of long nose pliers, these are much lighter in weigh. I had no idea who made the early version as the name had worn off.
