Best brand of Xylitol
I have used this as a sugar substitute for several years. I am diabetic, low carb and gluten free. This is the best sweetener to use for all. I have used this to make cheese cake, chocolate cake, and chocolate chip cookies (among other deserts) that are all sugar free, gluten free (almond flour and coconut flour) and very low carb. This has no after taste and is actually sweeter than refined sugar. I usually use a little less xylitol than the recipe calls for. Can substitute it in recipes 1:1. I especially like the Xyla brand because I know it is made from birch, not corn. Am willing to pay a little more to get the best. Susan Rose

Baking Brownies with Xyla
I am attempting to make Gluten Free Sugar Free Brownies. I much prefer the recipe I made with this Xyla as opposed to the brownies made with Swerve. The brownies made with Xyla are more normal and could pass for a recipe made with sugar. The Swerve brownies have that unmistakable "tingling mouth-feel" that is typical of erythritol.Be ware, though, that it is sometimes difficult to determine the proper doneness of brownies made with a sugar substitute. DO NOT bake them until a toothpick comes out clean. The result will be a dry brownie. The center of mine looked like hot fudge sauce when removed from the oven, but they continue to cook as they cool and set up perfectly when completely cooled.

Works great but take note
Best Iโve tasted that isnโt sugar. Tastes like sugar. Cooks like sugar. now just a few things to be away of..... not everyone can tolerate it. Some people may make a trip or two to the bathroom if you know what I mean. Not everyone but yesit is not just a few. Some diabetics who are mostly who use it have found it raises their blood sugar levels just like sugar. ( my sister) Just know all sides and test to make sure it is right for you. I use the product daily. So far so good

DANGEROUS TO DOGS
I loved the ease of use (1:1 substitute) and taste of this product (no after taste). That's the good news. The bad: I made pudding with this, and, just before I shared a taste with my dog, I decided to check out it's safety. It must have been divine intervention that inspired me to do this because it turns out even the smallest amount of Xylitol crystals are DEADLY to dogs.I've switched to monk fruit and sweeteners containing Erythritol, (like Swerve), so my dog will be safe if a muffin crumb falls to the floor and she eats it.

good product.
good product......I prefer Xylitol sourced from Birch. This product is great for diabetics.....anyone wanting to lose weight......tastes and looks like regular sugar but does not cause acidity, and kills bacteria that cause bad breath, dental plaque, sinus infections, bladder infections and strep throat. all around awesome product. I use it after I brush my teeth and it keeps me from getting cavities or plaque buildup. Also helps to remineralize the teeth...has worked for me a number of times. Highly recommend!

good product
This is a nice brand of xylitol that I always buy. I particularly like that this brand is made from North American hardwoods and is not one from China. I trust that the quality will be better that way.

Excellent product
I liked this so much I ordered a 100 lb bag online although I got it from ZAPP Xylitol Brands. It was just more convenient to not have to order it every few weeks since the product gets used up so fast. It's great in tea, coffee as well as in most baked goods. Sugar free is doable with this! Helped me and my daughter lose 15 lbs each! But in all fairness we also went gluten free. Good product.

Great stuff!
I use this product for keto baking and for keto ice cream. I generally use less than the recipe calls for because this stuff is sweet! It was recommended by keto cookbook author Carrie Brown and I have been very pleased!
