Bought these to try out home automation for the first time. I found these very simple to set up and get connected to my Alexa Dot 3rd gen. I have set these up with an Alexa routine to turn on and off the Christmas lights. After Christmas they will be used for side and table lights. For the money I can’t fault them. I can see that I will be getting at least 4 more of these. Excellent product. Very happy.

These Plugs are so easy to set up, @ 5 minutes to connect 3, Scan the bar code on the instruction page, download the app and connect to your WIFI add the password and your halfway there ! plug in the plug and the flashing light indicates it has recognised a plug, a simple add device and change the name to identify the source i.e lamp/radio/kettle etc, this Christmas, the lights are plugged in garage I can turn on/off or create a routine. also Christmas tree lights, no more bending down and climbing under tree to switch on/off, brilliant price for 3.

I was a little apprehensive about their ability to connect to my 2Ghz/5Ghz router and communicate with Alexa having read some reviews here. However, I just followed the instructions carefully and once the eFamilyCloud app was set up on my phone it was quick and easy to get Alexa to see these. Now got all my Christmas lights on timers that I can either forget about, or change manually via Alexa at home or remotely. Great!

Work perfectly.However, They took some playing with to get them to link to my network. Also very bright led on them so had to tape over it as using in bedroom

Setting up was a little more in-depth than others I have but once done they worked as they were meant to and for the reason I bought them which was to put all the christmas lights on, nothing worse than having to scramble under the tree before bed but with these on the tree, window and other decorative lights it was so much less hassle to group them or choose individually which lights were wanted and just tell alexa to turn them on, now they're packed away for next christmas and hopefully last quite a few with the little use.

Had these for about 4 years really pleased until 20/10/23 when they suddenly stopped working with Alexa, really inconvenient when voice control does not work. Alexa does not recognise the e family cloud app anymore.

Once finally set up (using smartlife app) they were able to link easily with Google home setup, and provide great value for money for what they do.

Very good and nice and cheap, works perfectly although was a bit of a pain to setup as it took me 4 attempts
