It was rusty before we even used it the first time cannot be steel!!!
Rusty no good for cooking at all and paella just stuck to it! Thrown it in the bin!

Already cooked one paella with this pan and it works a treat. Would definitely recommend.

Not great
Can't be left on high direct heat for too long or else it blues - not very long at all. I also left it in water overnight and it rusted. Not very impressive.

... that is what paella dishes are supposed to be like.
Very thin and it rusts if you don't dry it but that is what paella dishes are supposed to be like.

review better late than never. Bought this about a year ago - needed it in a hurry for big party, hugely helpful staff got it to me on time. Classic paella pan, pretty enormous and substantial. In a word - great

can't use for cooking as finish ruined before use - waste of money
Washed this when it arrived and left it on the draining board before use, took it from the draining board and already rusty! Read 'Polished Steel' as 'Mild Steel' and you have an idea of what to expect... can't use for cooking as finish ruined before use - waste of money....
