Libbey Impressions 16-piece Drinkware Glass Set

I love the shape of these glasses...easy to hold on too....they all came packaged well ....but the glass is rolled so thin they break under normal use....like putting in ice from the Freezer...or if they are next to metal in the dishwasher they break....I have lost all the small ones and many of the large ones....some break while drying...why would Libbey reduce their standards over the years to produce this bad product ? I am disappointed..and will look for stronger glass...like the old restaurant milk glasses.... Ruth R. Sherpherd

I have had these glasses for years and wanted replacement sets (some had broken). I received 8 tall glasses that were fine and 8 smaller glasses, one which is 1/2 cm taller than the rest of the glasses! There is no way for me to reach the seller for help resolving this. I contacted Amazon for help and the seller has not responded. This is really disappointing and I don't want to have to return 16 glasses just because one of them is defective. This was far too expensive for such terrible customer service. Buyer beware!

I expected this item to arrive with some damage. After all they're glass. Also to be thin got to admit the're dollar store cheap. They arrived without a nick. Packaged inside heavy cardboard. The glasses are as good as any commercial product. Unbelievably they are not made in China. Excellent product at an affordable price.

Llego a tiempo, en muy buen estado, intactos, perooooo debe de ser honesta! Hace años añooos más de 12, compre este juego de vasos en Walmart, misma marca, pero de mejor calidad, en esta entras note que tienen detalles de fabrica, los primeros que compre se ven más fijos y mejor trabajados! Pero bueno, sirven para lo mismo, y el diseño me gusta por eso los volví a pedir igual, son durable, pues de los primero que compre hace años aun tengo 7 de 16, es buen registro jajajajaja
