It comes with the drain assembly. The deck plate is 5 7\8 inches (just shy of 6").

Is the moen chrome faucet spot resistant?

General cleaning instructions for Chrome would be a damp cloth and mild liquid dishwashing soap followed by rinsing with water and drying with a soft cloth. However, all cleaners should be rinsed off thoroughly with water immediately after cleaning your faucet.
