Is this the original Design? I've read so many reviews saying the scent is barely there and doesn't last ten minutes.

I am very upset with the Design I purchased. It lasts for a few minutes and it's gone. I have been using it since it came out. This is not the original scent.

what is the difference between "fine parfum" and "eau de parfum"?

The description I saw on another site described the purse size--which says "fine parfum spray" as eau de parfum. If that it a true description of the product, it is not actually perfume, but the lower concentration of eau de parfum. From the quick research I did, "fine" is just an adjective used to describe the product, similar to "fine" food or "fine" wine.
