LIUID Women's Paige Outdoor Hiking Shoe

These shoes are very, very comfortable right out of the box. They feel like a glove on your foot. The wide square toe box is a big plus to me. I happen to think they are quite cute. I even stepped into a stream for about 10 minutes playing with my dog -- I'm sure they were not intended for this -- BUT they were just fine, and dried fairly quickly. I love them, and I think you will too.UPDATE: First, I would like to say that I walk about 8 miles a day, including some light hiking. After 8 weeks I have nearly worn the soles through. HOWEVER, they are SO-O-O-O-O-O comfortable that I have decided that they are worth it. My feet have never felt so good. So -- if you want a cute, exceedingly comfortable shoe for casual wear these are for you. ALSO -- If you walk as much as I do and want extreme comfort, these are for you as well -- BUT be aware that they will wear out fairly quickly. I am sure that weight, and where you walk, and how you walk all play a role in their longevity. For me comfort is my main objective!Buy them! Try them! You'll love them!

These are so comfy! Wore them straight out of the box with no discomfort. BUT, THEY ARE VERY HARD TO GET ON (even after 4 days of wearing so far but they have a loop on the back and front to pull them on at least). I can live with it though bc they are so comfortable. I wish I had ordered a size 6.5 as I usually wear a size 6 (sometimes I can wear 5.5). I got the 6 and they still fit but would be nice to have some more toe room so I'd recommend going up at least a half size or whole size. I was looking for grip no-slip, good traction hiking sneakers and these have a great grip in wet rain conditions, even on hiking bridges that usually are slippy. Whereas my hiking boots I have are like ice skates on rain or snow/ice, these sneakers outdo those! They do have a strong rubber smell that will take a while to off-gas but they are worth the wait on that. I was also looking for arch support and they seem to be ok - they don't have a lot of arch support but a little bit of memory foam that helps (better than my current boy sneakers I bought on sale with no arch support). These bend nice, seem nicely constructed and I even tripped twice over roots and these shoes handled it so well I didn't fall down, literally bounced my feet back and I got stable both times. I'm impressed because I'm so clumsy. Many complain about the round shoe strings, they can be a pain, by the end of my walks I do have to retie but they stayed tied the entire walk. The round strings do tend to stay loosely tied.

For the price, these are great shoes. I work in horticulture and I needed a pair of shoes for the summer that are lightweight and breathable and which try out quickly. They work really well. Also, the toe box is very roomy. I like this. It keeps my feet from hurting at the end of the day.

Very comfortable and good fit. Just tested them while visiting family in Colorado. Able to grasp slippery hills of snow and kept me from slipping several times.

I love this shoe. I ordered at the same time, 2 pairs of hiking shoes, one was these one, the other one was more expensive and a very well known, brand name hiking shoe. Almost three times the price. This ones are so comfortable, waterproof and slip resistant and they look better on your foot then the other brand. Can only recommend this shoe.

Since these come only in full sizes, I purchased a 9 when I usually wear an 8 1/2 very consistently. They fit nice, quality is good, good support but when you look down on them it's like you're wearing boats! They have a very wide profile. Will be great camping and dog walking.

I've only worn these shoes on a level walking trail with a few small 'hills', so far. The tread seems to grip well on the one short, steep incline, and I hope that continues. They appeared wide, but hug my feet very well. I'm more accustomed to trail running shoes, so the heel isn't as snug, but they hold well. My young son really likes that I'll have a compass everywhere I go!

Very comfortable if somewhat large, but nothing that a good pair of socks will not remedy..bought them for a future trip,, have not wore them for a long period of time, so cannot say about long time comfort...
