Have been using for a month now. Every machine has some limitations... So this one too...Although it can not replace handmade rotis, the quality of rotis...oilfree..is quite good.Please watch YouTube videos of users for correct dough mixture. So far so now I have tried1 roti ..fulkja2 aloo paratha stuffed3 methi thepla4 Puris5 Jowar and Bajari bhakriOne star less for cheap build quality.And it's worki

I ordered Jaipan JDRM-901 1000-Watt Jumbo Roti Maker. There is no issue with Amazon and it's delivery or services. The problem is with the product. It doesn't function as shown in the description. My family is not able to prepare roti as indicated in the product brochure. We tried a lot and are still unable to use it.I feel, it was bad idea to shift on the product rather than enjoying perfect roti made by hands. I repent and don't want product any more.

Recently purchased this roti maker. Prior to purchase I read the reviews. Most of them were not good. At first attempt roti I made was bad asthe other people said. But iI kept trying. Little trick and technical thing is that u have to prepare attack of correct consistency. Little loose than what we generally prepare. And as the roti is roster from both side . u have to do another most trick is that when u are preparing (pressing ) roti surfaces should not too hot. So wipe both surfaces with wet clothe to correct the surface ttemperature. Don't try to press proto most in one attempt. At fist press little that roti will be at its half size . then chance the face and press finelly. Prior to switch little oil should be applied to only bottom surface. While when roti is being heated steam of oil do all trick as we seen in TV ad.. Believe nice rotis and more testy rpties are prepared with this apps.

We purchased this item just few weeks ago. The packing is excellent. After few days of use the switch stopped to work. The heating plate started to get overheated. Few days later the place where the electric cable attached got charred and the copper wire got exposed. Few days later the handle broke.When we called customer service they said no service available in Hyderabad. They gave another phone number and when we called there they said they service only Bajaj products. When we tried to call service center again now they don't answer and disconnect the phone. So the gadget is useless now in few weeks of use.There was risk of electrocution but we were saved by chance.

does It work: Yesthe issue is that your regular dough will just not cut it. It needs to be extra moisty. The regular dough that you use to cook your roti on tawa will get super dry on this.used it for sandwich and parantha...works well.. the element heats up like that...i guess it is ideal for bachelors and those who have eat roti as soon as they make it...can't be stored for long. the moisture is sapped too fast.needs some getting used to...but does what it says...

DOES NOT WORK!! Of all the things purchased online this purchase was the worst Waste of Money!! Tried making dough as on instruction maunal, even tried dough with less and more water but still this is a waste product.Either I received a faulty Roti Maker or the roti maker concept is a cheap fake marketting gimmick from the company.
