NICE BOTTLE. PLASTIC SCREW CAP IS ONLY A LITTLE BROKEN AND CAN BE USED WITH SARRAN WRAP AND A SMALL CORK. WONDERFUL TASTE BUT HARD TO USE WITH BROKEN CAP AS DRIPS ALL OVER BUT EASY TO SPONGE OFF. BROWN STAIN IS NOT A PROBLEM IF YOU USE BROWN COUNTER TOPS AND YOU COVER THE REFRIGERATOR SHELVES WITH PLASTIC. THE STICKY OUTSIDE OF THE BOTTLE IS EXCELLENT BECAUSE IT MAKES IT EASIER NOT TO DROP

Not for egg rolls
Not the same ginger soy sauce that comes with the egg rolls. Doesn't taste good at all.

Tasty soy with a hint of ginger
I love the rich taste of this soy sauce and it's ginger overtones which I love because the ginger, to my taste, isn't too strong. But I love ginger and maybe this is a bit subjective on my part.

Either love it or hate it
I give it five stars but completely understand someone who gave it one star. I don't think there's much middle ground on this stuff. It's very salty, rich and bitter. We love it, but know others who can't stand it. Watering it down with Kikkoman or LaChoy makes it even better, imho. If you ordered it and didn't like it, try this and it might help. It has a unique flavor that you'll either come to rely upon with many recipes or throw it in the trash.
