Vive Mobility Knee Scooter Pad Cover - Soft Adult Sheepskin Memory Foam

This is wonderful. I have been using knee scooter on off for a year and a half and my seats (I have 2) were worn out. They were tearing at the seams. I had tried sewing them with fishing string but that was not easy and that kind of hurt in the summer with shorts. Then I had to use my scooters more recently and more was tearing at the seams. I talked to a friend, and she told me she had something like these. I looked on Amazon and saw these and bought two. They are amazing. I like the gray one better than the black one because I keep finding tiny pieces of black on the carpet. I do not see the gray. They are durable, soft but great support. They don't make it too high on the seat and I thought it was a good price.

Sturdy and easy to assemble. My husband liked it as it felt safe for going around corners and over pebbles in the road when loading into car.

Oh this sheepskin is nice and thick and helps cover the overly firm scooter seat. It washes well and fits snuggly, giving the patient’s knee the support it needs. In my home, if it is ‘Gracie-approved,’ it’s got to be 5-stars! Highly recommend.

This cushion is okay. It's not as thick as I'd like it to be.

This very soft pad is perfect for my knee scooter. It fits perfectly and doesn't slip. I'm having ankle surgery and will be spending 6 weeks using my scooter so I needed something nice and soft. This is perfect!

This was a great addition to my knee scooter. It gave extra cushioning and comfort while recovering from ankle surgery. It’s remained secure around the knee pad of the scooter. I’d recommend this to others in need.

I bought this pad cover to make my knee scooter more comfortable during recovery from two consecutive foot surgeries. The cover itself is very well made. It fits well, appears durable, and after several months of daily use, it still shows virtually no signs of wear. Unfortunately, the memory foam it comes with is almost completely ineffective. When you're using a knee scooter, nearly your entire body weight rests on one knee against the scooter's firm platform. My scooter had very slight ridges on its surface, and I could feel every one of them through the memory foam. It became a real "Princess and the Pea" situation. Initially, I would have rated this product only two stars because the soft cover was its only real benefit. Eventually, I bought a piece of two-inch foam rubber and inserted it beneath the included memory foam. The cover accommodated the extra foam without any problem, and with that added cushioning, the scooter became much more comfortable. Had Vive included another couple of inches of foam from the beginning, this easily would have been a five-star product. Instead, I had to provide the cushioning myself, leaving me with a product that is exceptionally well made but only average at performing the very job it was designed to do.

It makes such a difference to the pressure on your knee. I would recommend this product to anyone who has a scooter.

This proved to be very a very comfortable addition to the extremely versatile knee scooter bought after an ankle operation.

This knee pad is extra plush and well cushioned. It stays in place beautifully. Using a knee scooter because of lower leg injury is great but can take its toll on the pressure on the knee and shin. I had extra bruising on the shin due to the accident, so needed the added comfort this knee pad provided . Well worth the investment!

Really comfortable and well cushioned to go on knee scooter after surgery, wish I’d known about this before, fits perfectly well and well made too with Velcro straps to keep it in place would definitely recommend
