No power goes to the lights - product doesn’t work

I have a problem with this set, so the shipment is cool, everything is about the time after opening the package, still okay when I started connecting I think maybe some manual but I do not check again, maybe on the box, unfortunately, I do not think I can do it red plus black minus but stop, I will go to the controller input I ordered 5V for the car in the description jano, it says 12V hmm, don't you dare, because if it is on 5V and I connect 12V nooo, it will probably snap and it will be swept. Useless. LED came on - white only - and not that bright. Remote doesn't change anything - might as well have used my TV remote. Yes - I did put a new battery in the remote........Tried to email seller - no response. So had to return lights set for a refund.

Not very happy that it's not come with a 12v adapter as stated in the description! And no fitting description. Also this product says it is for car underglow but the on the box it states for interior only... very disappointed by the company

This product was meant to be waterproof, I had them on the car for 24hr and they got water in them causing the leds to short out, the product was awful and I would not recommend them to anyone
