Because of the softness of the gel, these do not provide much separation between the big toe and adjacent toe, nor do they do much to straighten the hammer toe. They are relatively comfortable though I was aware of the gel underneath the toes by the end of the day. I'll continue to use them and will update if I see any improvement in the bunions.

These are the best to wear all day.....Would like to have some that are thicker and longer for the next step after these are done..... after wearing 6 months ..... need thicker ones.

I was felling a pain and numbness on the Big toes and decided to give a try on a product to prevent Bunion but every other product felt uncomfortable and painful , when i saw this product i decided to give it a shot its AMAZING!! you don’t feel it on your toes very CONFORTABLE!!! and it seems to be doing a GREAT JOB !!! My podiatrist recommended using finger spacers because of the bunions! They are great, they do not slide or move. They are very comfortable to use all day, the finger separator relieved the pain in my foot, Exactly what I was waiting for. Thanks for the bunion ebook. I love and recommend this product
