The kit's single-sheet instructions are pretty weak and your child will sepnd a lot of time trying to figure out how items go together. If he or she is up to the challenge, great! But expect a lot of frustration/tearing apart and re-building.Some of the connectors are also poorly engineered and won't stay together no matter what you try (yellow plastic fasteners). There are three screw sizes and you need to be sure that you fip the sheet over and cross reference before building. Finally, the individual sections that are built will need to come together to complete the car but a lot of this is, as well, left to guesswork/looking closely at the picture of the completed model.Most frustrating: our kit was missing a few screws (three to be exact) and one plastic connector nut. Fifty cents spent at the local hardware store rectified this.While the price may be low, the quality of this kit is reflective of this. It will all come together in the end, but the end won't come quickly or easilly.
