Littlelix Lickable Dog Treats for Small Dogs, Spring Training Pack, Pack of 6

Both of my two small dogs want to bite a piece off of these "lickable" treat sticks. They remind me of a human lip balm that is too waxy. There is no liquid to lick, just the stick which is not lickable as the name implies. The only thing good I can say about this product is they are the right size for a toy dog. I would not recommend this product.

My doxie LOVES it. She followed me around the kitchen when I took the set of tubes out of the box. Forget trying to get her to do anything but lick the tube when I brought her outside to pee. The whole time she kept her eyes on the tube! Now I am trying to get her to forget about the taste of the first tube. At least I know I can now get her outside to do her business when it is raining (doxies HATE rain!!!) I will just have to buy some more tubes before we use up the 6 new ones. This is a great invention.

it's a great idea, I hate getting my hands dirty, but my dog doesn't enjoy at least half of the flavors.

I really like these. I have 6 dogs and they all like them. They last and last. I had a problem getting one dog to lick, he never licks anything. So my niece who trains dogs and introduced me to these gave me a tip. Close your hand around the tube like a fist with the top near your thumb and pointer finger, down a little so they have to luck to get it. Once they learn that you are good to go!

My Havanese goes crazy for these, which I bought at a local natural pet store. She will do pretty much anything to get at one of them, so I am using them as training rewards for things that have previously been more difficult for her to learn. She gets five licks for doing something she already knew how to do, and ten for accomplishing something brand new (along with a lot of verbal praise and petting). I love the fact that my hands aren't a mess from treat crumbs or grease, and I can twist the bottom to reveal just a little of the treat paste as we go. The bigger ones also come with a string, which makes it easy to tie to a belt loop and keep my hands free while walking.
