So the product its self is good, portion and things my dog likes and I buy this monthly on chewy but sometimes I need 1 more 12 pack between chewy orders and I have prime shipping so I figure save a few bucks and get 1 pack on amazon so im not paying shipping on Chewy for 1 pack. I have bought on amazon many times like this but every now and then theres 3-4 cans ( plastic container) is clearly... Spoiled... I dont think dog food is suppose to be super puffy in its container... So i tend to throw those away but like... Thats half my 12 pack and leaves me needing to buy AGAIN to make it between orders...... I feel amazon needs some sort of perishable replacement option? Because I cant return somethings Ive used half of.... Since I needed the ones that where still good... And it doesnt let me get a replacement either.... So.... Cool..... Shoulda just ate the shipping fee at Chewy or prepare to over buy on my monthly orders I suppose.... I shared a picture of this current pack I got... Its not past exp date but somehow it still spoils...

I regret I didn’t read reviews before I purchased this product. I fed this to ny four small shi Tzu mixes. Two got sick and a third died unexpectedly. I can’t say without a doubt that the food was the problem but it was a common factor. After the first dog got sick we stopped the food. He recovered but my oldest died quickly. Again, I can’t say it was the food but I would beware this product from seller.

I have a 14 year old female chihuahua with one remaining tooth. I rescued sweet Frida many years ago. The local shelter had addressed her terrible teeth, so when I got her she had 4. She's an enthusiastic eater and was still able to chew small kibble. Now that she's getting to be an older woman, and she's lost 3 more teeth, she requires high quality soft food. This brand is perfect. Her health is excellent, and her weight is good. The only problem I have is that this brand is frequently out of stock!

when I first bought this food my dog devoured it and everything seemed fine. As time went on I noticed my dog would have n&v and twice it looked like there was blood in his stool, then his bowels started coming out hard, dry and with no color ( looked like they were several days old). I stopped using. Yesterday I used the one can I had left and today his bowels looked like puss, a small dropping of what looked like watery blood. I had ordered another shipment but decided to cancel it right after ordering. I will be taking him to the vet. This started as good thing but now I don't know . I tried to update my previous review but the system didn't allow it so I had to submit a new one. Just be careful if you use this and your dog starts to act strange, or starts to have digestive issues. Please have your dog checked out by you vet If that happens

I was kind of surprised I thought the consistency was going to be different. It’s a pate! My dog doesn’t care though, I just mix it with her dry kibble She is a very picky eater! The smell isn’t overwhelming. One thing I wish I had of known before buying was that it does have chicken broth in it. I was looking for something without no chicken whatsoever. So if your pet has a chicken sensitivity I would not buy, or use your own judgment. Chicken usually upsets her stomach, but so far. All good! Came delivered fresh and well within the expiration date. I’m on my second order.

I do not normally write reviews. I wanted to feed my dog with quality dog food without by products or rendered meat. I had tried so many leading brands like Merrick, Wellness, Halo...but he just keep on having loose stools. I had to feed him boiled chicken or beef with supplements for some months till I found this.

It has been well over a year, my dogs love this food, BUT I have spent more on junk to stop the tear stains. There is quite a bit of water in each container, and it all clicked when a batch showed up and was 50% water. I have 5 cases for the month, and have been staring the excess water slight improvement but think it is time to change to a different food. Will try dehydrated and add filtered water. Hopefully I can dump all the hooky products as they barely work.If they would commit to filtered water I would have given the extra star.

My little Pomeranian is a rescue dog and sadly has lost many of her teeth over time. I like to put a soft food topper on her kibble to make it easier for her to eat. The small breed wet food I was using suddenly became hard to order on Amazon, and I switched to this in the Beef and Carrot pate formula. The first case she seemed to enjoy. However, the second case started making her sick and she rejected eating it after 3 days. I think it was spoiled upon closer inspection. There were greenish blue bits in it that were not in the first case. I don't even want to donate this food that we won't be using because I'm not sure what is wrong with it.
