Can you recommend a sharpener for these steak knives. Also it states that each side is 8 to12 degrees do you add these numbers up 16 to 24 or is 8

Re sharpening.... 1...periodically use a steel honing rod 2...after much use, a whetstone will bring back the edge The sides are each 8-12 degrees and the total angle is cumulative.
