Look & See: What Sound Do You Make?

Although my son loves this book and we enjoy the color, rhyme, and affect of the characters, this page has always bothered me because it demonstrates so clearly gender bias in children's literature. Like in "Dear Zoo" where all the characters are referred to as "he". Ugh...

My G-daughter is only 1 yr old, but she loves this book.

My daughter and I have so much fun reading this book. It's great for kids who are learning to talk or learning animal sounds. The colors are bright and the illustrations vivid. I would highly recommend for ages 1-4.

This book is adorable, my LO loves the sounds, the bright colors, and the bullseye. Very cute and inventive!
