Easy...
Very pleased to find a Vit B complex that didn't include vitamin c, which makes me itch for some reason. Tablet is also much smaller than others I have taken in the past and is very easy to swallow.

I started using these 18 months ago because my hair was thinning due to the menopause My hair has now regrown and back to being thick and healthy My only criticism is that the bottle is so large for the amount of capsules in it

Easy swallow
Not even opened , so don’t know exactly how many tablets are in this .. but don’t think you need such a large bottle , for such a small amount !!! Very deceiving!!!

Customer service?
This is a follow up comment regarding my last review, whilst I don't have a problem with the product, customer service seems to have lost the plot. My original order for three bottles of the Vitamin B Complex arrived intact, the sell by date was June 2021, meaning that, in due course, I would be ingesting a nutritional product that was out of date. Customer service was quick to respond and replaced the three bottles with two with a sell by date of 01/24 but ANOTHER bottle of 06/21!! Come on Tom, this is bad publicity for a good product.

Empty bottle
Not even sure how many is even in here and I’m not about to sit and count it but I’m sure this bottle shouldn’t be so empty?! If this is the correct amount reconsideration on packaging must be made because customers feel cheated seeing a totally empty bottle ????
