Can you wet sand with this?

Pretty sure this paper is designed for dry sanding.

Is this sandpaper stearated? I can’t use stearated sandpaper-period. My finishing material will not tolerate the coating.

It is doesn't appear to be stearated. One thing to keep in mind, though. That packaging labels this as 400 grit, but it's actually labeled P400 on the back of the sheets. P400 is much coarser than 400 grit. I will not buy this brand again.
