My cons are: I'm lucky that I'm mechanically inclined. The instructions were vague. Taking it out of the box and putting it together was a small hassle. The 2 small security bars are a joke. Anyone can easily bend them. This tool box is for small home use only. So in the end it will do the job for what I need it to do.

Its short. I ended up putting 4 inch casters on it to make it sit at a more comfortable level. Also dont plan on taking this to work. Locks are cheap and the bottom box has a removable panel held on by 4 screws. Definitely more of a keep at home box. Good deal though I use the top box to carry tools from inside to outside since I only have a carport
