I use these all the time! My favorite place to use them is on the pool. I was worried the chlorine would mess them up but nope so far so good. I love love them!. They grip my legs really well and are wide enough they don't roll down except on extreme moves. Every rubber band is going to dig a little but these are the MOST comfortable ones I've used so far. You can even tell the resistance difference between the levels which is major! Most band bundles all feel similar but I can even tell a difference between medium and light. I have already purchased two more sets for my sister and a friend. The carry case they all come in is a bonus! It fits perfectly in my swim bag and looks nice carrying around the gym.

My goal for this year was to exercise more this year but being a stay at home mama, I’m not able to go to the gym often. So when I heard about this product I was excited to try them out because it’s something I can use at home! I loved that it had its own little carry bag for the bands so they don’t get lost and they can stay together. I used the lightest one and it still gave me a good sweat when I used it with my exercise. I’m hoping to eventually be able to use the x-heavy band because right now my legs wouldn’t be able to handle it haha. There is one thing I didn’t like to much was the band rolls up a lot. I’m not sure if that’s a normal thing for resistance bands because I never used any before this. I don’t mind it to much though! I highly recommend this product!

The bands were cute and sturdy. They came in a nice little bag to take them to the gym in. They feel good quality and are perfect for lower body workouts

These are just what the doctor ordered. I've been going to physical therapy and they recommended I get some resistance bands like these to do my at-home exercises. I found this product and it looked like a great value for the money and it is. They are small and light and packable for traveling (they come with a carrying case) or storage and are durable too. It's been just a few days of using them and I am already feeling the difference. I like how there are four different strengths of bands. I'm currently using the light band and look forward to being able to increase the resistance without having to buy a new one.

The belleactif resistance bands are very high quality and no matter how much I stretch them they have not been deformed or torn as of yet. I am very happy with these resistance bands. The resistance bands add an extra challenge and an extra burn that I love. I am still working up to the tougher resistance bands but the variety of options with increasing resistance gives me a goal to work up towards. Along with helping with my workouts the resistance bands come in a very convenient carrying case, although it is a little small and I find myself shoving the resistance bands into it.

I had to stop going to the gym because of problems with childcare, and now I can still get a good workout at home because of these resistance bands. The colors are great too!
