I had to make a quick purchase for a car to get me to work after my X3 started to go wrong and was going to turn into a money pit. Overnight I turned into Mondeo Man, complete with garage bought sunglasses and a short sleave shirt and tie combo. I now stalk the motorways and A roads in of the East Midlands, blending seamlessly into the mundane traffic background. Whilst it has all the bells and whistles inside as you would expect from a titanium X model, I thought the black and brushed aluminium was missing a little colour. With the memory of max power magazines in the dim and distant past, I started to think, jazzy mats? Colourful bulbs? Or a super tacky seatbelt sleeve with "Ford" or "RS" on it? The images of a sparkling concours ready engine bay, a massive whale fin and the exhaust from a Saturn 5 rocket haunted me, that was 20+ years ago, let it go.... Having seen this trim pop up on offer, I decided to give it ago, having driven a little electric BMW at work I quite liked the blue pipe trim every where, it reminded me of Tron. So I took the plunge and I must say it looks very good, I didn't go over the top and put it everywhere, just a big loop around the center console and centre section on the door cards, it very easy to fit, but I found a flat head screw driver more useful than the accompanying tool. My self and the teens think it looks nice, my wife thinks I have regressed. But overall I'm happy with the results.

This looks really good when added around central console of the dashboard. It will fit wherever there is a 1-2mm gap. It comes with a little tool to help slot it in place, but it's still rather fiddly to install. Very happy with how it looks, and there is loads in the pack so very good value.

At first I left a bad review then deleted it because it was me who didn't understand how to use it. Firstly because it comes in a coil it was difficult to get it to stay in the gaps. I found if you straighten it first it's much easier to apply. So this is what you need to do first. You have to get it inbetween your thumb and finger. At the same time slightly bend in the opposite direction whilst running your thumb and finger down it. It's all in the preparation. Then easly to get it to stay in position.

Ok, this is good value for the price, looks good and would have been great IF I could have fitted it! Quality and function looked ok and I’d done the credit card check but you need to check the gap top and bottom together or left and right together. I’d inserted credit card and was able to slide round where I wanted trim to go BUT once I’d installed at the top, it had closed the gap at the bottom! Tried and tried, partner tried but no way was it slotting in. If it had I think it would have done the job and looked great but you need to check your gap carefully. Hence 3 stars. As for the tool; honestly can’t see purpose, just hindered things.

Just spent over an hour of my time ruining my thumbs for no reason. Doesn’t fit in any of the gaps in my car including driver dashboard, centre pieces or doors would either not go in properly or just wind back out, obviously won’t be able to get a refund as cut bits to size. I know this isn’t the same case for everyone as it does fit in other people cars but it just wasn’t working in mine so take in to consideration how tight the gaps are around the places you want to use it in your car first just incase 👍

Adds style to the car without it looking over done. Easy to use, plenty of length and fits in the gaps well with a strong grip definitely worth the money if you looking to slightly modify the interior of your car

Really easy to install. Makes for a nice look only thing I would suggest is don't add to much could take away from it looking like it's meant to be there from the factory. Had a lot of people asking about it and saying how nice it looks so it's doing its job. And try and find the colour that matches your radio and surrounding lights.

When I installed theese they looked great and gave the car a certain genesequa but after a couple of months the colour has completely faded to a light grey i can say tho I brought red and blue and the red has held up well but the sun will strip the colour out of trim that is exposed

I get compliments due to how good it looks. The installation was satisfying and it is a really easy way for anyone to spruce up the interior of their vehicle.

Ser bra ut, men har en tendens att vandra ut igen med tiden. Skiljer dock inte ifrån andra jag provat.
