I ordered my caps from a bigbox hardware store. They did fit, and came from the same NeatHeat TALL manufacturer.

Can this be used for the heaters with fins?

Yes it works with water baseboard with fins. but it has to be water baseboard only can’t be electric

Can this be used with electric baseboard heaters?

This can NOT be used with electric baseboard heaters.
