The product looks and feels well made. Plenty of power. I would need to upgrade my speakers to use the full power of it. Sounds pretty sweet with $30 50 watt Dual speakers. Used a $35 Pyle bluetooth for the upfront signal. Bought a $20 amp setup package for good wiring. Music is loud and clear when the pontoon is under full power. Took about 15 minutes to tune it in for the best sound. Pretty kick butt boat system for under $150. Happy Boating East Central Minnesota.

Well, I must admit, I'm impressed! I have this little, 600 watt amp running two Hifonics 12" Zuess subwoofers, and they sound incredible. They amp barely heats up; I had it running for over an hour at a pretty solid volume, and when I got out I could still touch the amp for as long as I wanted. Sure, it gets warm, but it's an amp for crying out loud. Even better, it has protection and will shut off if it gets too hot, so there's almost no worry of it simply overheating and breaking. All in all, if you're looking for affordable power, this is your amp.

For starters I would like to say I purchased the 600 Watt Version.. I think all these reviews are connected to various amps that Boss had to offer.. I can honestly say I'm beyond happy with my product! If you are looking to add some bass to your car then this is way to go! I'm just an average guy that loves so I wasn't looking to have a professional set up trying to push two giant subwoofers! I just wanted add some bass to my car! IF you are looking to do just that then this is the amp for you! I'm using my 600 watt amp to push TWO 450 RMS 10in Subs! Just a simple setup! It is working just fine! I have not had ONE SINGLE ISSUE with thus far! I definitely recommend this product for anyone who isn't trying to spend a ton of money or if you looking to upgrade your audio!

I got the R3002 Riot 600 watt amplifier today and got it installed.. I got to say it makes my two 10" subs hit hard....only down side i cant have bass on my deck turned up or it makes the amp go into protection mode ....i still have a lot of tuning to do and adjustments ...but for the price you cant go wrong ....i have mine bridged so its putting out the full 600watts which what i was going for ....big fan of BOSS Audio ...eventually my whole system will be all BOSS!

It makes my 10" sub hit harder then the previous cheap amp. It does have a overheating function that works. It wasn't getting enough air flow and got hot and turned off for a few minutes. Then started working again once it cooled down enough.

Works great with the High Efficiency box I have set up in my 2001 Malibu. Was easy to install (minus of course hiding the wires that you have to run through the car. A few simple settings on the amp itself, which was nice since I don't know everything about the frequency settings and everything. Have had it for months now and I have only had one issue but that was due to a wire that had gotten bumped loose by stuff that was in my trunk. Also the BOSS logo lighting up blue is a nice touch i didn't notice until set up and just happened to match the neons around my kickers.

I was running the stock speakers in my vehicle with a grossly underpowered double-din Anrdoid stereo, I also purchased from Amazon. The stereo on it's own was lacking in power, and my stock speakers were blown. I installed this amp (BOSS Riot - R3002) in my truck to push power to a pair of Boss Elite 6.5" speakers and a pair of Boss Elite 5 3/4" speakers. I'm pleased with the combination - it sounds so much better than before. The amp speaker combination can stand on it's own. Later, I will be adding the Boss Riot 1200 watt amp ( R6002) with a pair of Boss Phantom 10" subwoofers in a custom box, for more bass in my setup.

I purchased this for a home subwoofer project. After ordering something inadequate from one those Chinese sites.. I was a little frustrated at the available options for home subwoofer construction. YouTube to the rescue. I powered this amplifier with a computer PSU, 550w. Cut and joined all of the yellow wires as these are the 12 volt source and did the same with all of the black wires to serve as the negative. A bit more to it than that but this amp turned out to be perfect to power my JL Audio 10" subwoofer. It's loud and clear and you can feel the vibration.

Perfect. Runs a 10" Hertz in a ported box with my factory stereo on hi inputs. Sound is excellent, zero problems after about 6 months in a daily driver 💯
