Does Not Work
Wasted my money. I would not purchase these again. None of the plungers worked. The plunger from my doctor's office immediately works like magic; I wanted extras to keep around in case I lose it. This brand won't suction to the contact in my eye or in my hand. They do not work. It is even difficult to remove them from the travel containers they are stored in....not great when your contact has migrated to the corner of your eye and you need the plunger quickly.

case should be smaller and shorter; hollow construction makes it hard to clean
Normally these tools come in a case that is barely bigger than the tool, making it very portable and stowable. The suction cup sticks firmly to the inside of the cap, making it easy to remove from the case. The case is normally closed with a sliding cork cap. And normally the tool itself is solid.This product, though, is hollow, which means you can never really get it clean. The tool is always loose inside the case rather than stuck to the inside of the cap, which makes it easier to drop on the floor or down the drain and lose when desperately fumbling for a way to retrieve a wandering lens.I also don't like the fact that the lid screws on. I use this tool primarily in emergencies, where a very dry contact has slid up under my eyelid and I can barely keep my composure due to pain and blindness. So it's literally too much work and precision to have to unscrew the lid. I need rapid-fire action when I'm wincing in pain! :)It does work, though. If I drop my contact in the sink concave side down, I can easily pick it up with this too. So it's an ok product. But I wouldn't buy it again.

Do not suction at all...
My old kind of rubber tool worked fine. This do not suction at all, my eyes turned red for trying so many times... went straight to the trash
