Does this perfume compare to Highland Lilac of Rochester perfume?

To me, no. HLRP is more true to the scent of lilacs even as it dries down. This perfume starts as lilac, but dries down to an indescribable powdery scent, finishing as a chemical odor.

Will this give me the "I just walked out of a bakery" vanilla scent? I don't want the artificial/alcohol scent.

Not quite, but almost. This is almost a vanilla extract dupe, without the alcohol "tang". I am a vanilla "fiend", and the only problem I have with this is that it doesn't last long. That being said, I use it with vanilla scented lotion and find that it is great for layering with other scents. Oomphs up a scent without being too cloying. I you want true bakery scent I would recommend Cupcake Swirl by Body Fantasies.

In this listing, what is the difference between the ones that say spray perfume and the ones that don't? Notice there is two of each?

This line makes a roll on style as well that is a good purse size..if it's the same size bottle than it is probably just a different description written earlier or by someone else and it's the same spray...
