My daughter said 'Mommy. I think Collagen would be good for you.' She immediately purchased her favorite brand for me and I took it faithfully for a few months. I can't say that I noticed significant changes although I was certain it was helping me get thru Pilates. When I ran out of the last bottle. I didn't replenish.Fast forward 6 months later, I began looking for another brand to try again. After rereading all the benefits that supposedly come from taking the collagen I thought perhaps I didn't give it enough time to see more results. And honestly, I was just so over having to take so many capsules a day. Powder isn't really my thing.Reading the reviews of the various choices, I happened upon this brand, Multi Collagen Plus which offered Types I, II, III, V & X all within one dosage AND I only had to take it once a day. THAT enticed me so I decided to give it a try.I did NOT acquire this product for pain relief. I was primarily interested in maintaining healthy hair and skin. I power walk as my exercise of choice and lately sometimes my heel or ankle would wake up several minutes after I did. No big deal but it became aggravating never the less.I began taking the Multi Collagen about 3 months ago. I noticed my achey morning heel wasn't achey quite as much. In fact, recently it hasn't been achey at all. Then the other day I was surprised when I noticed how well my nails had grown. I snapped a picture to send to my daughters who were so impressed they switched and are now using Multi Collagen Plus too.My hair is definitely beginning a new growth cycle and I feel absolutely buoyant most of the time. I'm positive by nature and even in the midst of everything going on in the world, I'm beyond thankful for my ease of movement which gives me the freedom of being more energetic. I'm grateful that I can complete challenging days ache free. Our new normal will present new opportunities and I feel I have a little secret weapon to add to my arsenal of daily health habits to power me to the next great phase of life.Bottom line. If you appreciate taking collagen, you might want to seriously consider this brand. Each dose is actually less than other brands and requires you to take fewer caps per day. Yet here we are with strong nails, glowing skin and healthy hair. There's no arguing with success! I'm a believer. Dr. Emil really hit a home run with this formulation and I'm grateful.

Due to joint and muscle issues I jumped on the collagen train because I read about the amazing benefits it had for people in my situation. I did try other products before trying Multi Collagen Plus product.I knew collagen worked because of the effects I was feeling but I felt like I wasn't getting 100% from the product I was taking.When I feel something is working for me, just because a product I try isn't working out completely doesn't mean I give up on it . The chemistry of it just probably does not work well with the way my body metabolizes things so this is why I try multiple items if I run into this situation until I find the right one that works best for me.I ordered this one to see how it would work for me and so far I feel and see the benefits far greater than I had on the other products. I feel good when I'm taking it. Definitely less pain, my nails are crazy strong and they grow like weeds. My overall appearance has even improved as well as my hair growing fast, my eyebrows are growing back and I had some sparse areas in my eyelashes that have since filled in thanks to this product.I got a little bit of results from the other products but not as satisfying as this. I also love capsules that I can open up and throw in my smoothies and I throw this in my smoothie everyday. It has no flavor so you don't taste anything disgusting which is even better! The other products I tried left a slight taste in my smoothie which did not go over well.

I have been taking these for about 3 weeks, will update my review in another 6 weeks or so. I bought these hoping they would help assist my recovery from an ACL tear and 2 other broken bones in my knee that happened in January and I wish I had bought sooner. I had not been noticing much improvement in my knee until I began taking these. Now, I actually feel like it is healing. Less pain and more range of motion. Also, my nails are growing like crazy and my hair is healthier and is is actually less greasy as well. My skin seems about the same, but we will see as time goes on.You may want to start out taking less than recommended at first. I was taking 2 capsules after breakfast and it caused a lot of bloating and upset stomach for me so I have been taking 1 after breakfast and 1 after dinner. I do have alot of IBS problems though, so these may not bother you. I plan to start taking the full 3 capsules a day soon though.So far so good and I'm excited to see what results I have within the next 6 weeks.
