we are very happy with this purchase, we are using this console for the church, every body it's happy with the performance . the sounds it's excellent, a lot better then the 16x.

Lcd screen faulty. No support from Kraft
Not happy. The lcd screen quit working after only 2 months. Kraft was no help at all and Yamaha hasn't been any help either. Warranty means nothing if the seller and manufacturer don't follow through. Otherwise the board is working well for our church.
