Wonderful product.
This honey is wonderful. The bitterness on the finish complements well with the initial sweetness. I don't really have a sweet tooth, but I appreciated the complexity of the flavors. Jar arrived in good shape on time.

Saw this very same bee keeper on Stanley Tucci Searching for Italy (Discovery+)! I love honey and immediately searched for this kind of honey when watching that episode. I am sooo happy I did!! Absolutely fantastic! Luigi made a point to say that this honey is good on grilled meat!! He was not wrong!! Grilled chicken with this honey and a side of porcini mushroom risotto- closed my eyes and I'm in Italy, not Alabama, USA!! The honey is not sweet like American wildflower honey. Different but same🤓 definitely will buy again!

🌿INCREDIBLY COMPLEX AND DELISH GOLDEN SPARKLING ELIXIR! OMG and YIPPIE! I was hoping this one would be spectacular and it TIS!!! WOW! ATTENTION HONEY aficionados - YOU NEED to EXPERIENCE THIS ONE! 🌿 It features a smooth top note ...very soft-lightly sweet..... citrusy/ Herb-esque. Middle notes are creamy and end notes offer a perfect bitter essence. (not sour ) just perfectly complex. This honey is great on toast, in tea, over gouda cheese, drizzled on pistachio ice cream and on pizza with fig and prosciutto ham.... just to name a few options!
