HDTV Antenna Amplified Digital Indoor TV Antenna 150 Miles Range If customer can't get a signal with tv antenna or the antenna isn't work as expected, how to do? 1) Check to make sure you have correctly connected the antenna to your HDTV or third-party HD receiver. 2) Re-Scan for Channels. In the TV's setup menu, set the mode to Antenna or Air.Refer to the TV manual for detailed instructions. 3) If you used to get a snowy (but watchable) picture on your analog TV channels, you might haven't strong enough signals to display in this new format.Try reposition the antenna in a different location, sometimes moving a few feet can make a difference.

This thing was a nightmare!
By far the worst product on Amazon. First of all it was missing a bunch of screws and bolts that were necessary to fully assembled the antenna to the pole. Then when I fully installed the antenna on my roof and ran the coaxial cable through the walls, I discovered that the cable was defective. I even tested the cable before I ran it, but the cable must have been so cheap that it broke when I unwound it. This thing even feels like a cheap product and I'm doubtful it would even work properly if I got it running anyways. Just stay away from this thing. Spend the money and get something that actually works.

No operating instructions or useful support.
The antenna works well. However, the lack of operating instruction is a real negative, as well as the rotator and remote functions. The remote is solely for rotating the antenna. It has a light labelled "Instruction Light" and two buttons labelled "Switch." The light turns on when either switch button is pushed. One would think that the antenna would swing left when the left button is pushed and right with the right button... Wrong! While the sales pitch says 360 degree rotation, the antenna stops at one point and automatically reverses direction to avoid wrapping the coax cable around the pole mount. Either button on the remote will activate the rotation motor in either direction. The amplifier unit into which the coax plugs has a power switch, indicator light and one rotator switch. This light simply indicates that power is on. The rotator switch operates the antenna in whichever direction it last swung until reaching the end stop before automatically reversing. The antenna will stop rotating when any activating button is released. Bottom line: It takes two people to align the antenna - one to watch outside and one to press a button, any button because all 3 do the same job.

rotor is terrible
I had reviewed this before. big problem is the inability to stop the motor where you want the antenna to point. Last night a windstorm blew the antenna off the signal. spent the last half hour trying to get the antenna to point to the location I needed. Finally it refused to move at all. I will have to get a young neighbor onto my roof to reposition the antenna. I certainly would have paid more for an antenna that had a rotating mechanism that you could stop when you wanted and not position it by luck. I was getting a strong signal with it from the one station I had it aimed at......didn't aim it at others out of fear that the motor wouldn't get it back into position. I have another antenna pointing to another town that gets 22 channels.....all the biggies except one and I used this to bring in that one and used an a/b switch. The other antenna is a different kind with a big rotor. Wish they would make one with a better rotor. They could have a big hit with such a device.Update: finally removed it from roof. useless since the wind moves it off the stations. drive motor has so much play in it that it won't stay put. If the antenna would have stayed put and the rotor a bit more precise it would have been a decent antenna since it did bring in stations when it was pointed in the right direction. Maybe I'll super glue the motor attachement and just get someone to point it until I get the channels I want if I ever decide to put it back on the roof.

We live 30-40 miles from nearest TV Tower - I got one station acknowledged by unit but no reception
It assembles easy enough - but that is the end of things good to say. I placed it on locally bought 16' (5 meter) pole which itself was 13' (4 meters) above the ground when attached to the house. Lots of time and effort and additional expense for the pole - which I can't return as I drilled holes in it. What stands for "customer service" is an e-mail you get after ordering asking how things are and when I told them I got a rude response back in rather poor English - I didn't bother to reply to waste more of my time. The one channel it recognized was a PBS sub channel - but recognize there was a channel was all it did - no picture or sound came through. My advice - don't spent your time or money on this - completely worthless. At least I was able to package it back up and send it back for a refund - more than I can say about the locally purchased pole.

Don’t buy......
This antenna is not worth the cost I have one it is over 30 plus feet up and all I can get on a good day is 22 Chanel’s and I am well with in a 50 miles of most all towers. As far as the rotor goes it is unless as there is no way to on the control box to see witch it is pointing and farther more the tiny remote it comes with only has two buttons witch is not even marked left or right turning this hola antenna is need to be completely redefined... as the was it stands now it is unless in it’s present confregtion... Guess this is what they mean when they say you get what you pay for........

Great product
Excellent product. I had a very expensive HD antenna on my RV and no matter what I did I received 71 channels both analog and HD. I installed this antenna in just under an hour with construction of the antenna and placement. It took my wife and I about 20 minutes to make sure the antenna was pointing in the correct direction but when we did, with a little fine tuning we now have 196 channels and sometimes 201. Couldn’t be happier. Plastic pieces so not going to be very durable and honestly I am sure with the harsh Arizona summer temps it will not last very long but with the price I can buy a couple. Definitely worth the hassle of changing every couple years

Good product for the price.
When the antenna was hooked up, the amplifier did not work. I contacted Amazon for a replacement, and another antenna kit was immediately sent out and received two days later. No hassle. The replacement antenna works perfect. It gets 46 channels easily without adjustments in direction. The reception is clear. Its durability is questionable and only time and weather will tell but take in consideration its low price. My brother was impressed enough to order one for himself. Not only am I pleased with the antenna, I am pleased with the hassle-free, quick response from Amazon with the replacement.
