Our gray loveseat arrived today, assembly was quick/easy. Comparison is with our other more expensive leather loveseat: Cushions are firmer but not uncomfortable (in fact, I fell asleep in it while watching TV today). Faux leather appears sturdy, as does the construction and stitching. Easy to recline and return to the sitting position (important to my wife), cup holders are large enough to hold most common cup sizes. At this point, the only question concerns long-term durability and only time can answer that. At this point I would have no problem recommending this loveseat to anyone if they don't mind the firmer cushions (which I don't). Overall 5 stars for the price & value, half a star off the comfort as not everyone will like the firmer cushions.

We found this (and the longer one) at an Ashley furniture retail store. They were "on sale" for $1700 each but they wouldn't have them for more than 2 weeks. And that doesn't count a delivery charge. So I went to Ashley online and find it for $1100 but it was 6-8 weeks out. I just search randomly and find it on Amazon for the same price and they could deliver it inside my home for no additional charge. Better it was less than 2 weeks. Amazon and XPO logistics were awesome. Extra kudos to XPO for the great team they sent to my house! Of note, the underneath of my sofa is plywood and not particle board like some reviewers stated. Setup was simple, drop the backs in place, hook up the wires and we were ready to go. Looks very nice. Comfortable to sit in. This is not high-end furniture but is very nice and I expect it to last several years. Unfortunately, this is not packaged well at the factory and stuff bounced around and rubbed against the box. The box was full of hole and tears. At some point a small hole was made in the side of the couch (see pic) - annoying but Amazon service took care of it to my satisfaction. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase.

I took a big risk by ordering this couch online, but I am glad I did. I sat on this couch model at two different local furniture stores but cringed at the price tags- $800 and $900, plus a hefty delivery fee! When I found it on Amazon for a few hundred dollars cheaper and with free delivery, I had to go for it. It was easy and simple to put together too. My entire family and two dogs fit on this couch. It's much bigger in person. The fabric is more microfiber than faux peather. Very soft. Plenty of back support as well.

This is an Ashley Furniture product. We went to the showroom on multiple occasions and sat and worked the controls on the unit there often. When we decided we would like to purchase it at the showroom, Ashley advised it would not be shipped for almost 5 months, plus their price was steep. No deal for us. A week later I come across the exact power reclining sofa on Amazon and for approximately $450.00 cheaper. And they said it will be shipped in 14 days. Yes! Then the item arrived on the truck this afternoon. The box containing the sofa looked as if it had been destroyed in a war. It barely made it off the truck. They had to unload the sofa from the box because the box pieces were falling off and hindering their ability to move the item. Finally, they got the sofa into my entryway, the sofa appeared at a brief look to be in good condition so I signed the paperwork, and off they went to wherever they go. That afternoon I would discover a piece of wood on the base of the sofa was cracked in two. I took pictures and the Amazon agents worked to get it with a 40% return of my money. When my son and I got the pieces together and operated the leg raise portion of the recliner, the motor sounded like it was grinding. I got to the floor and took a look and the plastic piece on the mechanism that controls the screw mechanism to raise and lower the legs was lying in shards on my carpet. I immediately contacted Amazon and they did everything they could. The result was to have the item shipped back to Amazon and I would receive a 100% refund of my money. Kudos to Amazon for owning up to this task. As I have thought more about the sofa, I realized that Ashley uses sub-par materials on their furniture. For example, the wood board that was snapped in two was particleboard. And the matter of the leg lifting mechanism is that they used a plastic piece instead of strong metal. I am really surprised Ashley would sell this to the public. I have bought better quality furniture at other merchants for very low prices that had better materials and workmanship. My recommendation is to avoid any Ashley-sponsored product at all costs. It's a shame, really. But, thank God for Amazon for doing the right thing!

To start with the delivery service by Amazon was late. My appointment was from 6 am to 9 am. They were to call 1/2 hour before they arrive, called at 8:45 am. got here at 9:10 am. Once they got here, they told me they were going to take the box to the nearest door. I told them I had room of choice service which I paid $19.95 extra for. I had to prove it with my paperwork which they made a copy of. They than brought to my room of choice and they said they do not setup or unpack the recliner. I personally had to unpack the recliner so I could inspect it. I also had to assemble it my self which I did not expect. While assembling, I notice it was made with course particle board not plywood or regular wood. Corner blocks where the faux leather is attached were cracked from the nails. I needed to attach all the electrical connections but no ties were supplied, wire just hang out loose. The delivery service also did not get rid of the box. Other then the above, the recliner looks good and is slightly stiffer than what I experienced when trying it in stores but I know the recliner padding will get softer over time. The recliner I was replacing is 20 years old, and the covering was wearing out. Final item the recliner is not made in USA but Vietnam. Ashley told me it was made here USA but the box said differently.

This was the best sofa I have ever bought! They are comfortable, soft, easy to clean l, hasn't faded and durable.

Great love seat very comfortable

It’s been great so far but it said it had a console in the center seat for remotes and storage and it doesn’t have that! Kind of a bummer but didn’t want to deal with sending it back.
