Sharp and I Like Them!
These knives are excellent vegetable knives. They are good for tomatoes and onions and other veges. They last about a year, but after that you can sharpen them so they aren't serrated any more, and they are still good like that.

The knives are good. There is no problem cutting vegetables and fruit. The serrated edge is sufficiently sharp. Quite happy with the blade length and performance.
