Q: How can you disassemble the buckle to trim at the clasp/buckle end before reassembling, as mentioned in recent review? Buckle is not like on YouTube!

A tricky one to describe, but here goes. The buckle hinges onto itself to clamp the webbing and hold the belt when you’re putting it on normally. The buckle hinges the opposite way where it closes to release the fixed end of the webbing if you need to reduce the belt length. If you release both ends of the webbing and remove the webbing completely the buckle viewed from above will look a bit like a letter H, but on its side. This sideways H folds flat and clamps both ends. Hope that helps.
