A Lifesaver for Sensitive Skin – But Very Thick!
If you have sensitive skin, eczema, or struggle with reactions to most lotions, Vanicream Moisturizing Skin Cream is an absolute game-changer! It’s fragrance-free, dye-free, and formulated without common irritants, making it one of the best moisturizers I’ve ever used.🌿 ✨ Perfect for Sensitive & Dry Skin – This cream soothes irritation, calms redness, and provides deep hydration without causing breakouts or burning. It’s dermatologist-recommended for a reason!💦 💪 Extremely Moisturizing (But Very Thick!) – The texture is rich and thick, which is amazing for dry, cracked skin but might feel a bit heavy for those who prefer a lightweight lotion. A little goes a long way, and I find it works best when applied to damp skin for better absorption.❄️ 🛏️ Best for Nighttime & Dry Weather – I love using this before bed because it locks in moisture overnight. It’s also great for winter when my skin gets extra dry. If you prefer a lighter feel during the day, you may want to use a smaller amount or a lighter moisturizer for daytime wear.

Excellent Vanicream - Moisturizing Cream
Vanicream is very smooth and highly nourishing body cream. Particularly use this cream on my legs and thighs because these areas are very dry. Sometimes I use Vanicream for other areas as a skin care repair because this cream has high level content of moisturizers to restore protective skin layer. Like this bottle with its pump which makes it easier to dispense, and size of bottle is 16 FL. Oz. which has lasted for three months. Highly recommend this product because of quality of cream, skin nourishment and skin repair. Well worth the price.

It's apparently pretty darned good
I've had this delivered every 3 months as a Subscribe and Save for quite a while since my partner uses it every day, plus after showers. This is one of the few Subscribe and Save items I never have to skip- a handy little bonus. Amazon’s suggestions for how often things should be delivered can be wildly off- do I need a new phone case every 4 months? It's a tiny success for the Subscribe and Save department.I've bought this on Amazon 17 times. It has never been sealed because they don't waste plastic by sending the pump lid separately. It's *always* in a plain white, relatively lightweight box- yay! They don't waste energy by printing something that doesn't need it. Regarding broken containers- I've never had one break. That’s not a product problem - that’s a shipping issue. Don’t ding a good product because you have a careless carrier. I can't remember having a container of anything I ordered from Amazon - or anywhere else- break. I can't imagine worrying about contamination of the rest. OTOH, I don't assume something purchased by weight has been opened between the manufacturer and my door so someone could steal 200 g because it settled, and the container doesn't look full. I can't visualize a den of malted milk or brewer's yeast thieves bothering with that kind of thing, especially when I know powders compact when shaken, although dozens of reviewers think they do.Vanicream strikes me as a virtually neutral product. It doesn't have a scent; it's plain white and thick. It may have some kind of opacifier- some lotions can end up semi-translucent with a grey tinge, which can be aesthetically off-putting. It seems to go on smoothly and is absorbed rapidly enough that I’ve never found streaks of it on his clothes. To promote the moisturizing capacity of any lotion, cream, body butter, etc., it helps to start with damp skin. You're not attempting to put oils into your skin - you're applying a barrier to keep your skin hydrated. I dry off as minimally as I can when my skin feels dry. I live in a high xeric zone, so dry skin is given around here. As with any product, especially with sensitive or irritated skin it’s a good idea to proceed carefully. The first 2 ingredients- water and petrolatum- are non-comedogenic, but the others could cause problems for sensitive or reactive skin.

Absorbs well, no greasiness. Can use daily on face without clogging poors
This is great for dry, hypersensitive skin. Can be used on the face, no clogged poors. This cream absorbs and doesn't leave any greasiness behind.I use this as a body lotion after my shower for a medium coverage lotion. A little thick under makeup if using on your face. I suppose you can wet your fingers and use less if you want to put makeup over this. Love this brand.

Very thick! Great for my hands.
This cream is VERY thick! As a result, it's not the easiest to apply if you intend to use it on your whole body. But, it is absolutely scent-free and non-irritating, which is great. I honestly am not sure if it moisturizes any better than the EOS and Method lotions I've been using. But it's fantastic on my hands. I use it after every handwashing and it's helping keep my chronic eczema at bay by keeping my skin super moisturized. I think it's a good product at a great price. I might not use it as a body lotion, but I love it as a hand lotion.

Best Moisturizer!
My dermatologist suggested this MOISTURIZER. It is great! the CREAM is nice and thick and goes a long way! I have a compound med that dries my face and makes it peel and flake. Since using this cream I have not had the peeling or flaking any more! No smell, so it doesn't combat with my perfume, and I can use anywhere on my body. Occasionally I use on my feet or legs or arms, but twice a day on by face.
