my opinion is about the shipping, not the cup
the mug is beautiful but the shipment and how it is secured is very bad. The cup ordered three times was delivered with defects, cracked during transport. Can Amazon afford to secure the parcel?

They crack easily!
I have had two of the large cups. The older one developed a deep crack and I was able to use it. Thought it was something I did to it. Received a second one, to replace the old one, for Christmas and it has developed three cracks in just three weeks!!!!Very poor quality!!!
