Purchased to aid rehab, following an accident. I was looking for something that was longer than usual as I wanted to hook over a wall bar and use to stretch my arms. These fit the bill really well. Fantastic length 2 meters. The pack contains different levels of resistance, which means I can build up slowly.

Used for post surgical rehab

Looks hard wearing and the colours are great, not going to loose them in a hurry. Great quality for the price :)

I bought these for elderly relatives who cant walk far but need to exercise and build muscle up. They love them and sit watching tv most days doing their exercises. They are good quality and came very quickly, can't fault this company.

Good but a little weak, they break wuickly.

Great value doing the job they need to do and the little carry bag is helpful for storage.

I never used the yellow one as it does not offer a lot of resistance at all. Both of the other bands snapped straight through after I used them for a while... so am not too impressed. Will not buy this brand again
