it really does help with the cravings. I tend to wake all hours of the night to have a smoke, if I put one of these in my mouth as I wind down for the night it allows me to sleep much better.

I smoked for over 20 years. I've tried to quit in the past, but the gum always tasted horrible. I switched from Cigarettes to the Juul, and now I'm moving from the Juul to the mints. I was pleasantly surprised by the mints and the mild flavor. I'll admit they were stronger than I expected nicotine-wise, so I will be switching to the lower dose version, but if you're trying to quit, this is a good product to try. I would say it won't work well if you take them while drinking. The mint flavor will ruin whatever your alcohol beverage flavor is.

Nicorette is by far the best brand. I didn't leave a white chalkiness like other brands do on your lips. The flavor is strong at first of mint put that wears off dropped her a few minutes. No they are definitely strong they definitely do the job. They're a lot longer lasting than others. Overall I'm very pleased. I've been buying this brand for a while and this particular one. They're $16 in the stores. CVS runs a sale every once in a while for $11 I bought these because they're 11 dollars and it's worth it.

Worked well but made me nauseous! Probably need less mg so I will try that next, but it does work!
