Best suppliments
The powdered supplements are excellent. I sleep like a baby now since I started taking the magnesium before bed.

Great stuff but
Mix it with hot water and let it sit for ten minutes. It does not dissolve quickly. However. It was very effective!

It really works!
Out of all the Magnesium products I've tried, which been several, this is the best for my system and I've heard the same from my sister and several friends who take it.

Quality
Works well when taken daily. Stores poorly. When not in use it becomes clumpy and discolored. Poor shelf life.
