If you're low in magnesium then your skin will burn to soak it in fast so best applied immediately after a shower or your least sensitive skin. Trying to boost our toddlers immune system since becoming a fussy water after chemical treats and snacks.

Love the oil - it really gives you relaxing vibes! I folliw the instructions on the bottle and rinse off the salt once the oil is dry. The spray mechanism is absolutely useless, so I took a star off; I just unscrew the top when using it.

Unfortunately the spray does not work so I have to pour the oil onto my hands which means I waste a lot of the product. Very disappointing.

This has helped me sleep (which is no mean feat) and to ease tight muscles. I decanted some of this into another spray bottle and gave it to my father who uses it for a knee injury. He has also said it has helped. This is far cheaper than some of the other magnesium oils on Amazon but that hasn't seemed to affect either the quality of this product or the service I received. If I had any advice it would be nice to know how much approximate magnesium would be in each spray. Highly recommended. I will be returning as a customer.

It came in a timely fashion. Lovely to apply. The pumper didn’t work but the company quickly responded and are sending a new bottle out. Only a very small amount required when applying it to the skin . It goes a long way . Lovely product.

As someone suffering from chronic insomnia and endless muscle pain and tightness, I'd hoped for a possible easing of symptoms by using this product. I applied the product after a bath as recommended and found it very runny with no oily feel to it at all unlike the descriptions in the reviews. It left no stinging, itching and did not even slightly reduce the pain or assist in sleep. It has no scent at all, leaves no residue and the best I can tell bears no difference to slightly coloured water. I tried this for two days and am now convinced that this is a waste of my time. Don't let it be a waste of yours.

A very relaxing tonic for feet

Het lijkt na een tijdje te werken tegen spierkrampen. Ik smeer ‘s avonds een hoeveelheid op mijn voetzolen en slaap beter na enkele dagen. Het voelt wat plakkerig aan maar dat is eigen aan deze olie. Jammergenoeg was ook hier de spraykop na een tiental dagen kapot, dit lijkt een constante in de reviews. Qua gebruiksgemak absoluut onhandig in gebruik nu dus daarom maar 3 sterren.

Good product. I ordered it because I suffer from late night leg cramps. Messaging my legs with the oil before bedtime has helped me with this issue...

I don't know which part is leaking exactly but when I'm using the pump, more of the product ends on the bottle and everything around it than where I'm spraying at. The product itself works but the packaging is just not worth the hassle.
