sinocare Safe-Accu2 Blood Sugar Testing Kit + No Code Strips x 50

I wish I'd bought this years ago. It's very easy to set up and has very clear instructions, and you get plenty of strips and lancets for the price. The case it comes with for putting everything in is lovely and well-made. A vast improvement over my original Fine Lite one, which was given to me by the NHS four years ago and never, ever worked properly or accurately. I highly recommend this Sinocare Kit; it is a fantastic product.

So easy to use I didn't didn't use instructions. Just put the strip in and tested blood. Cheap and good quality.

I don't actually know whether the readings are accurate, but I think they are. Good little kit that's easy to use. The depth of puncture is adjustable. I use '2'. It doesn't hurt at all, and I just squeeze my finger until enough blood comes out to dab onto the stick. The case is great for keeping it all together and portable.

Just ok. It's not calibrated. The dates are not accurate I didn't see how to adjust it and time too. Readings might vary I tested my fasting blood glucose was 4.0mmol/l but I was feeling extremely unwell in myself when I went to AE it was below 2.5mmol/l so I would say not reliable. But does the job. Improve on accuracy of the readings. Sample collection, sample size, infection prevention measures all ok I work in the hospital and I clearly understand what am talking about.

I am sorry to hear that the Safe Accu 2 is not working as intended. We would like to help you solve the problem as soon as possible. Could you please test your glucose with the Safe Accu 2 twice within 30 minutes of fasting and give us the results? Please follow the instructions below. 1. Please make sure that the second drop of blood flows out and then starts to absorb and measure. (Wipe off the first drop of your blood). 2. Do not squeeze your fingers hard during testing. If there is not enough blood, do not squeeze your finger so as not to squeeze out the tissue fluid and affect the test result; instead, let the blood flow from the finger to the fingertip. Please let me know the result so that we can provide further support on this matter. We are well aware that the inaccuracy of the device is dangerous for our customers, we will urgently investigate the problem and try to rectify it as soon as possible. Anyone who is interested in self care, prevention and management of health issues would expect to be able to rely on the efficiency of products and devices sold to help them achieve their goal. This device miserably fails to provide accurate and consistent readings. As I became more and more suspicious of it's efficacy, I decided to carry out a simple test. I took two measurements from different hands, within 1 minute/ I did not move and I did not consume anything at all. One reading was 4.9 and the other was 10.6! This is completely unacceptable and I can think of absolutely no logical reason why it should and could happen. Previously I used an Accu-check Nano and it was brilliant and reliable. As the strips became more and more expensive I decided to change. I regret my decision.
