These toe stretchers are an absolute game changer—seriously!
These toe stretchers are an absolute game changer—seriously, I didn’t realize how much tension I was carrying in my feet until I tried them. After spending all week cramming my toes into tight shoes, slipping these on feels like giving my feet a deep, satisfying sigh of relief. The stretch is gentle but effective, separating and realigning my toes in a way that feels both strange at first and then incredibly soothing. Within minutes, I can feel the built-up pressure melting away. It’s almost like a mini spa treatment at home—no effort required, just pure comfort. What really stands out is how refreshed my feet feel afterward. There’s a lightness and flexibility that I didn’t even know I was missing. Whether you’re on your feet all day or just tired of that cramped, achy feeling, these deliver instant relief and long-term comfort. And honestly, you can’t beat the price on these. I’ve tried other versions before, and they were a complete waste of money—either uncomfortable, poorly made, or just ineffective. These, on the other hand, deliver exactly what they promise without breaking the bank. It’s one of those small upgrades that makes a big difference. My only regret is not discovering them sooner.

Not Too Big and Not Too Small. They are JUST RIGHT!
Last year I suffered a spinal cord injury and have had to learn to walk again. My left leg still has some significant numbness and partial paralysis, causing my foot to cringe into itself. I needed something to separate my toes and hold them straight to prevent a permanent deformity in my foot. I tried Yoga Toes, but they are so big that I cannot walk in them, nor can I wear shoes with them. Plus, the Yoga Toes are open on the sides, causing a fall risk when the material folds under and trips me. I tried other smaller brands of toe separators, but they were so small, soft and squishy that they were ineffective at keeping my toes separated. Then I found this Mind Bodhi product and they are JUST RIGHT! They are small and flexible so that I can wear them comfortably and walk safely - either barefoot, or with shoes. BUT they are strong enough so that my toes don't overpower them, and they stay straight and separated. They are washable and stay clean. If I wear them with shoes, I have to use shoes with a wide toe box so there is enough room, but these work well Inside a wide shoe, and my feet stay warm and clean. They are made of a soft and flexible rubber-y material - similar to a rubber band. The rubber band substance thickens significantly between the toes to provide firm separation while still being thin enough to fit snugly inside shoes. The rubber band material is not exactly "fragile", but it is thin enough that I know I'll need to replace them on a regular basis. It fits well and is fully enclosed on the big toe and the pinky toe, so that you can walk safely with no worries that your toes will flop out and trip you. All 5 toes are securely inside the Mind Bodhi with no openings. There is nothing about Mind Bodhi that interferes with normal walking. I have noticed that when I wear them on a regular basis, the feeling in my foot improves more than if I wasn't using anything. I highly recommend them.

I bought these AND Yoga Toes 👍 as both have their place, looking to avoid surgery!
I got these AND Yoga Toes, (these first), as of course, who wouldn’t want to save money, as I was going to just get these for myself, that’s that, but honestly, both have their place. I ended up buying the other and keeping both, and I use them in combination with one another. Let me explain. Yoga toes is a more serious stretch, it’s hardcore.. you will feel it, you will get results. they are easy to put on, and you’ll feel it rather quickly, and they do take getting used to, and you only wear them a short time each day, but then you will also reap the rewards from the bigger stretch that you can honestly, totally feel doing its job. Over time, you WILL see the results. (I have bad bunions on both feet. My big toes were going in.) This item here is great for stretch maintenance inbetween using Yoga toes, they are pliable and soft. Take care when putting them on, as they seem like they COULD snap with rougher care, but I’ve had no problem, just being careful, Is all. They are very stretchy, yet thinner material than the Yoga Toes are. (See my photos.) I love the feel though. I can walk with ease! They are more comfortable, because they give less of a stretch, so you can walk around, which is convenient, but I don’t think on their own they will yield any permanent results. Any results would take much longer to see IF they did. I think working in conjunction WITH Yoga toes (which I def. wanted the cheaper way out too, and thought I’d be returning the others), with these.. it’s not just for the name. You do get what you pay for with the Yoga Toes, and these too. I’ve kept both because I use the yoga toes every day for that hardcore stretch, and I’ve seen proof positive, and now I use these in between, and so I really swear by that combination as being an alternative to surgery, I truly do believe I won’t need it, thanks to these and those. I can wear these longer, so it’s good to have some stretch in between the ‘big guys’. You can’t wear yoga toes all day, and you should not do so. I recommend only wearing them resting on a couch, watching TV or something. Start slowly, but I never wear them for more than an hour or two per day.. but you work up to it. They DO work! These are more comfortable, but those are most effective, and together they get 10 stars, as surgery is not anything I want, nor does anybody. I have hammer toes too, and I’ve felt sooo much less foot pain after activity with my kids or just even too much walking, in my feet AND in my back.. it’s crazy! I also have a third Amazon bought brand, they come with one to easily use in your shoes. The name is Eosxrp bunion correctors. I got them on vine, so those were essentially free (just tax), but they are good at protecting your bunions on the sides during footwear use. Thin and wearable in most any shoes if these prove too large for that for you. These are well made, priced right, definitely will help, but get both these and the yoga toes if you have serious pain and/or other feet issues like myself. The combo seems to be the cure.. so far, so great here, and I’ll keep it going! 4 stars for these on their own. It’s a good brand, and if you can only buy one, inexpensive brand.. go with these. If you can afford the other or best yet both? Go for that! That is my highest recommendation if your feet started out bad like mine. (Bunions, hammer toes, pain in feet and back. It’s made a difference on ALL of them! ) I do recommend this product! For the price it is worth it! 4 stars ⭐️ *hope my review has been helpful :). The second photo shows you the stretch from the other. The pink Bodhi feet are shown on the left. They are highly comfortable for long term wear.*

These are as advertised....BUT.....
This product is good and can really help thinner people with narrower feet. I am a big guy and my feet look like something out of Minecraft. Needless to say this product cut off my circulation (largest size they had) and was actually painful in my extra wide shoes. Do NOT recommend for large and husky guys or people with poor circulation. Materials are comfortable and stretchy despite my bad experience. Product stays in place well.

Great For Toe Stretching
They definitely expand your toes and stretch them out. After all day wear, my toes start to crap a little. But they feel awesome when I take it off. My overlapping toes are improving, returning to their natural position

Comfortable, durable, and easy to walk in!
I was worried that these would not last, as they are softer and less bulky than others I have tried. But I have had them for 5 years of intermittent use and they have only gotten more comfortable in time. They are the only pair I have found that I can easily walk around the house in and even sleep in, although they tend to come off partially some time during the night. I'm buying a second pair as back up in case these end up tearing at some point, because I'd like to have a pair around for at least 5 more years!

They stretch my feet without hurting me.
I don't know how long they will last, but no pain and I can walk around the house in them well enough. They will start to rub between toes eventually, so don't overdo it. I had serious doubts about all the advertised methods of correcting bunions and overlapping toes, but while wearing these I do actually feel that the posture in my upper body has changed because I am standing in a more stable way. Perhaps that is just because these little things make me aware of my posture, but that's just fine in and of itself. I take it. And thank you.

Love these! Wish they came in XL
Toe Spacers Review I bought 3 different types of toe spacers by 4 different brands and will copy and paste this review under each product. They include the Vyce PrimalStep in sizes Sm/M, L, and XL which wrap around all the toes, the Mind Bodhi size L that also wrap around the outer toes, the Golbylicc size Med that do not have the outer toe wraparounds (similar to Correct Toes with similar reviews but way less expensive), and the Yoga Toes Gems for Men, the most expensive of the bunch. Quick review: I love them all but they do have distinct differences. The PrimalSteps (overall winners) and Mind Bodhi style are best for all purpose use. You can wear them barefoot, in regular or toe socks, in wide toe shoes, flip flops and huaraches. They are very soft, squishy and flexible, and they come in different sizes. The Golbylicc or Correct Toes style spacers are a much stiffer material with very little flexibility and work best with shoes and regular socks because the lack of outer toe wraps allows them to slip off more easily. The Yoga Toes Gems are best suited for lounging around watching TV or whatever. They are very stiff, with a large base that makes them difficult to walk in, and they give the biggest stretch out of them all. These seem like they are meant for people large feet who already have a decent gap between their toes or for people who have been wearing toe spacers for years, have met their splay goal, and just want a little extra stretch at the end of the day. A couple quick observations: Firstly, if you haven’t bought wide toe box shoes yet, do it now! There’s no point in spacing out your toes just to cram them back into the same shoes that caused the problem in the first place. If it’s the $80-$130 price point that’s stopping you, buy cheap brands. I got my Hobibears for $30-$40. I plan to also try Whitins and Saguros as well. IMO, they’re minimalist shoes so I expect them to wear out and need replacing often. I don’t see the need to drop $120 every time when the $30 brands offer the same features. Secondly, buy a brand toe spacer that has multiple sizes. Based on the measurements for the PrimalSteps, I should wear a large. However I could not get my toes into a large at first. I’m a size 10.5-11 with narrow feet and long, skinny, squished toes but no true bunion. After a few weeks with the Sm/M’s, I was able to fit into the large. After a month in the large, while wearing them, I could splay my toes wider than the spacers. So I moved to the extra large and feel I get the best stretch with them. Thirdly, I don’t think passively wearing toe spacers will yield much benefit. IMO, toes should be stretched out while they are being used. The old school of thinking was that to gain the most flexibility, a muscle should be stretched without any activation of that muscle. That might allow for a greater stretch but not better real world flexibility. Newer science tells us that greater flexibility is achieved by stretching the muscle while it’s under load and being activated. Kind of in the same way our toes became squished in the first place. It wasn’t by wearing tight shoes while laying on the couch. It was from walking around in tight shoes, day in and day out, year after year. Also, don’t expect results from wearing toe spacers alone. You need to be doing range of motion and strengthening exercises for your feet and toes as well. These, plus replacing your narrow shoes with wide toe shoes will give you the results you’re after. Lastly, WATCH OUT FOR PLANTAR WARTS! I haven’t seen any brands warning about this, but if you wear them outdoors barefoot or shower in communal showers or have open cuts on your feet or toes, you will be susceptible to plantar warts. It will completely stall your progress if you have to treat your wart for weeks or months. I suggest inspecting your skin often and washing your feet and spacers with soap and water at least once or twice a day minimum. In depth review: After wearing toe spacers for a few months now, I feel I have a better understanding of what I want from a toe spacer and how they should be used. IMO, the outer material that comes into contact with the skin should be soft and delicate with enough give that if I activate the muscles in my toes, they should be able to overcome the strength of the material, squishing in if I squeeze and stretching out if I splay. The material should give under this pressure. Inside the soft outer shell, should be a harder, denser material that should have a little give, but can also withstand the pressure of my toes wanting to come together, even with muscle activation. The PrimalStep XL does this well, but the smaller sized PrimalSteps and the Mind Bodhi size L tend to give in to my toe pressure when I actively squeeze. I noticed Vice has an adjustable PrimalStep with plug inserts for extra strength and stretch, but they are not available on Amazon at this time, and they do not come in XL, just a 4 pack with 2 S/M’s and 2 L’s. I don’t mind if they wear out quickly. I want that outer material to be a little flimsy because I’d rather it wear out instead of the skin on my toes. Just be mindful when putting them on, taking them off and wearing them barefoot on hard scratchy surfaces. At under $20 a pair, they’re still way cheaper than some other brands. I would try the Mind Bodhi in an XL if they ever offer it. After washing they will be become sticky, making them difficult to put on. Just sprinkle a little baby powder or corn starch on them and they’ll glide on easily. After wearing them a while and your toes have spaced out a bit, you’ll want them a little sticky to help keep them from sliding off. The Golbylicc Correct Toes style does have its purpose. If you’re on your feet all day and need something that won’t take up too much space in your shoes, these may work best. They offer very little toe splay so they might be better for someone just starting out. They are significantly stiffer than the other styles so expect to form calluses between your toes. Again, inspect your toes daily for signs of irritation or broken skin. Be patient and give your skin time to adapt. Yoga Toes Gems. I don’t know if it’s just me, but these really feel like they’re meant for seasoned toe splayers or those with huge feet and a decent natural toe gap. I can only wear them for an hour before my toes feel like they’re dislocating from the joint. Maybe i should have gotten the smaller size but these are what the manufacturer recommends according to my foot measurements. Once I’m happy with my toe splay and no longer wear spacers all day, I plan to wear these while lounging around for a little extra stretch or to maintain flexibility.

Surprisingly effective.
Super soft and stretch silicone. Showed how much tightness was in my toes and foot. Was worth it as you do feel a difference leaving it on overnight.
