The Holy Grail How-To guide For Fitness/Health Optimization...(No, Seriously)
I purchased the book for a buck and really didn't expect too much of it, but OMG was I wrong. This book is packed with useful and easily implementable tactics for improving health and fitness through a complex arrangement of hacks. I listen to the podcast and learn tons of stuff from the guy, but to be honest with myself, I don't always immediately implement what I hear on the podcast into my life, and later on the information gets drowned out by other research I do throughout the week. With that being said, it's nice to get all of the super useful information packed into a nontechnical manual.I DO HAVE ONE CAVEAT; the book contains a plethora of hyper links, so I would highly suggest reading it on a device with internet access. Also, if you have a problem with back lit devices, get a blue light blocking screen protector for your specific device; it will dramatically help you prevent eye strain.

Good short book, bold and insightful
Good material. Well thought out and bold. I would have preferred if he would have cut and pasted the relevant information in his articles rather then providing a hyperlink. Other then that, it is a great little book.

This book is a nice primer / reference / pointer for new and old fans of Ben alike. If you're an old fan then you've seen much of this material before but it's awesome to have it at your fingertips without having to wade through tons of old blog posts and podcasts. Buy this for yourself or for someone you know that needs to be pointed in the right direction.Ben is the rainman of the health and wellness world. Whenever we have a health / wellness issue in our home we first always google " ben greenfield gut issues" or whatever to get his take on it.Throw some love to Ben and pick this up.

Love this guy
As always, Ben provides a lot of valuable information in this manual. He also provides links if you have specific areas of concern you wish research more.Ben's advice via podcast and his website have helped me, my family and my pets with navigating sports injury recovery, infections, and fighting the American pastime of sitting. Love this guy.

It's a great short read for anyone that is looking for great ideas to reboot their health.Lot of practical advice that you can start implementing from the time you start reading the book!

Got it for free, just repurposed blog content. Good content, but not a book.

Very tactical book on how to be your best physical (and mental self). I follow a lot of these methods already from Ben's blog and they work. it's great to have everything condensed into a book so all the knowledge is in one place!

I highly recommend this book as well as his website
I have been following Ben Greenfield since 2011 and he sincerely opened my eyes on my fitness regimen as well as the lifestyle I adopted since I began training. In this new book, he does it again by tackling many important issues and by providing valuable information that are practical, innovative and essential. I highly recommend this book as well as his website. This man does not only read researches, he tries and applies numerous approaches. Therefore, that's the reason that his book and vision make sense.

Irritating
I have never reviewed anything, ever, but felt driven to review this as I was so irritated by it. Not an enjoyable reading experience, just a series of links. How hard would it have been to include the information in the booklet instead of link after irritating link.
