Q: Can you use a normal ceramic tile cutter to cut these glass tiles ? And is the colour of the glass white or are they clear glass on a white base? TY

I used Heavy Duty Glass Mosaic Titanium Wheel Tile Nippers and they work fine. The tiles are clear glass with a white backing.

No they are definitely not floor tiles

Q: Can these be cut without a tile cutter. For back of basin and toilet. Different heights. Thanks

The tiles are stuck onto a backing sheet. This you can cut into the shape you want before fixing it onto surface. But I didn't need to cut the individual tile. So I don't know if that would work.
