What's the best cereve products for mornings and night time skin care routine if I am in mid 50's w/ normal to dry skin and concerned about wrinkles?

I'm in this same age range and in the AM I start with the CeraVe hydrating facial cleanser, then apply their vitamin c serum, or hyaluronic acid serum. I finish with the CeraVe moisturizing cream in the tub on my face and neck. In the PM I use the same cleanser followed by their retinol serum (3-4 times per week only), then the same moisturizer. If you want a lighter moisturizer, use the PM nighttime lotion. So far this routine is working very well for my skin. I was using high end products that had fragrance in them which over time I developed a sensitivity to and ultimately turned my face red and extremely dry. CeraVe saved my skin. Hope this helps.  :)

Can vit c be used with retinol? i read online that it can't be mixed so not sure when/how to use this line of products together...

You can find a ton of information on Cerave and its parent company, L’Oréal, with a quick google search. They do not personally test on animals, but they sell products in countries like China that require testing on animals and as such cannot be considered cruelty-free by organizations like Peta or Leaping Bunny. They also sell products containing ingredients derived from animals.

Has anyone had trouble with this pilling under other products?

At times, if a primer, moisturizer or sunscreen is layered under or over another hydrating skincare product that has not fully absorbed into skin, it can cause the moisturizer to ball up or “pill”. To help avoid this, we recommend allowing the first product you apply in your skincare routine to fully dry and absorb into skin until it feels dry to the touch before layering on the next product.
