Franklin Sports Mini Hockey Goal Set of Two

My kids absolutely love this knee hockey game. They play with all the neighborhood kids. They even made a new version up playing with their crazy carts (with the sticks and nets) so their knees don't hurt outside. It's so fun!

Awesome little set. I don't expect them to last super long, but it's nice the nets fold down and are fine for indoor fun. The sticks are pretty small, and heavy for how small they are, but for knee hockey they're OK. I bought this over the Bauer set as it was $20 cheaper. It's nice it comes with 2 Left and 2 Right handed sticks and two goalie sticks (not full right though.)

We wanted something to get our twin boys excited for hockey and some extra exercise (especially during the indoor winter months here in Michigan) Turns out, the whole family enjoys this and we all get fun exercise. This is well built and even if the dense foam balls eventually break down, you get 4 of them to prolong the fun. The pic shows a family playing on their knees so we presumed due to short sticks and that said floor burns to their worried mom. I said mehhhh... don't worry I bet it will be fine. None of us play on their knees and while I'm 6' and have to bend quite a bit, it's still easy to play with. Really good purchase for all ages.

It's a mini hockey goal set for $30, so don't expect so much. Had ours for 5+ years. The stitching is pretty cheap and I had to patch it up in a few places on both nets. Also, the elbow durability is quite low. The typical kiddo wear and tear things start falling apart after a while, but for ~$20 you can buy 12x 3/4" PVC elbows and some lengths of piping and replace the frame in about 10 mins... Yeah, it's no longer foldable, and yeah it brings the total cost to $50 and you can probably find better at that price point, but if you've already bought this set it's an option. I think the 3/4" PVC elbows would fit the stock tubes, so you can get the "upgrade" cost down, but the original tubes are flimsy. My boy still loves playing with it, so there's that...

This is a lot of fun for 9 to 11 year old boys. Keeps kids active in a small room. This is a high quality and durable.

I bought this for my brother in law and my nephew for Christmas because they wanted something they could do together inside when it was too cold. We’re a pretty active/athletic family and like to play games together, my nephew is only 2 so I made sure I got a set they could use with several friends and adults could also play. I figured if you’re going to buy something of that size you might as well do it right and get something anyone can actually have a more realistic game with. It’s the perfect size for my 2yo nephew to learn to play hockey with because of the knee hockey length sticks and fun for everyone to play a game of knee hockey together because of the extra sticks and second net. I intended it to be a good size for my nephew to play soccer with but never expected all the different games my brother in law has incorporated it into! Lol I’m super happy with the size and the ability to easily store it in a little space! I also picked the black to match the esthetic and any potential hockey team my nephew chooses to be a fan of! lol I think it’s a pretty perfect gift for those two and I love it because I have a ton of fun playing as an adult with or without my nephew whenever I come over! Lol

Kids are still playing with it after months.

My 9yo came to me shortly after Christmas and proposed using his Christmas money to make the purchase. His argument was complete with price research (this set has TWO nets and the most sticks, including goalie sticks), user reviews (at the time 4.5 stars with over 250 reviews), and the closer fact that if we ordered in the next 27 minutes, and he paid the extra fee, he could have this in his hands the next day. I like that it folds up and stores in the mesh bag it comes with, so he can pick it up and clear up space pretty quickly. He can also take it on hockey team trips (someone always has a knee hockey game going in a room). He likes that it has the goalie sticks, enough sticks that several of his friends can play, and that it was in his budget. He's pretty confident he got a good deal, got exactly what he wanted, and I don't think he wasted his money on a piece of junk. I would order some extra foam balls (search for knee hockey balls), as those have disappeared pretty quick (we blame the dog :oD). All in all, a good purchase.

Es de buena calidad, está de buen tamaño para niños, las porterías se doblan fácilmente para poderlas guardar. A mi hijo le encantó.

Bought for my grandson in Australia to foster his Canadian heritage, he loves it

This has held up 6mths plus now with daily, aggressive use! Highly recommend and the whole family plays!

El mejor regalo para mi niño!!

Love this quality set. Comes with everything you need to quickly set up a mini hockey game. My nieces love it and don’t even know how lucky they are to have pre-curved sticks! Blast from the past starting a new generation of mini stick players.
